The Arizona Angels Investor Network, founded in 1999, is a group of accredited investors who invest primarily in Arizona-based early-stage and developing-growth companies.

The mission of the Arizona Angels is to be a catalyst and communication channel for investment opportunities for its members while contributing to the economic development of the region.

The Arizona Angels is an information source so that accredited investors may more easily discover investment opportunities and communicate with other investors so as to more efficiently and effectively invest together in promising opportunities.

As of January 2002, the Arizona Angels Investor Network has new leadership and a new direction, so please be sure to review the site fully as there are many changes (and many more to come)! The primary change is to open up the information flow and be more of a conduit so that investors may see more deals (and more relevant deals) and entrepreneurs may have more of an opportunity to be seen by an interested potential investor.

Companies wishing to present to the Angels start the process by submitting an application for review.

Membership is by referral and is restricted to accredited investors as defined by the SEC.
